James McKinney Elementary School is situated in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada and is a part of the Richmond School District (SD38). It serves students from Grades K-7 and feeds the Steveston-London Secondary School. It was named after a pioneer farmer who lived in Richmond. The school is located on the west side of Lassam Road.
